Indiana Travel & Tours provides travel-related services including: • Tour package bookings (domestic and international) • Visa assistance and documentation • Passport services • Rail ticket bookings • Foreign exchange services • Travel insurance facilitation • Custom travel planning We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the services provided by third parties.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email. Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The final price will include all applicable taxes and fees. Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking is accurate, including names (as per passport), dates, and contact details. Errors may result in additional charges or booking failures. Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We provide assistance but are not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers. Payment Schedule: • A deposit (typically 25-50% of total cost) is required to confirm bookings • Full payment is due 30 days before departure for most packages • Last-minute bookings require full payment at the time of booking Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your booking may be cancelled. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from payment failures. Currency: All transactions are processed in INR. For international card payments, your bank may apply currency conversion charges.

Cancellation by Customer: • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (5%) • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund • 7-15 days before departure: 25% refund • Less than 7 days: No refund Cancellation by Us: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient participants, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Non-Refundable Items: Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and certain airline tickets may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Service Provider Actions: We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party service providers. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government actions. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel. Health & Safety: Travel involves inherent risks. We recommend appropriate travel insurance and advise travelers to consult healthcare providers before international travel. Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

When using our services, you agree NOT to: • Provide false or misleading information • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Violate any local, state, national, or international law • Infringe upon intellectual property rights • Transmit harmful code or interfere with our systems • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated systems to access our services without permission Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Indiana Travel & Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission • Use our trademarks or branding for any purpose • Create derivative works based on our content • Use data mining or similar data gathering methods Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our customer service team. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
